Level1 - Working with lockdown computers

computers. Ensuring client software installation
is the first step toward a successful remote
support session.Level2 - Traversing the most
restrictive firewalls
After installation, the most difficult technical
challenge is to ensure the connection of client
software to the server. Because a user can
configure his firewall to block any type of
traffic at will, no vendor including RHUB can
guarantee firewall traversal for remote control
of a customer computer. The difference is a
competent vendor can deliver much higher level
of firewall traversal success ratio.

firewall traversal technology. Just test

When you have more than two participants in your
support session, you will need audio conferencing.
TuroSupport provides you the reliable
audio conferencing services by a toll-based number that can be dialed
by all participants in your support session. Participants are
then charged their standard long-distance rate
for calling the toll-based number, just as if
they made a regular long-distance call.
VoIP based audio conferencing is also
provided.
